To use Uniconta Work for time tracking, you need to start by creating a Uniconta standard user for DKK 229 per month (and you even get an accounting included in the price).

After that, you can add employees for just DKK 19 per employee per month.

With the user, you get access to a complete dashboard of your employees’ registered time, which ensures your company reliable documentation.

As soon as your Uniconta user is created, you can add the employees who need the time registration via the Uniconta Work app. It costs only DKK 19 per employee.

The users are created in Uniconta under Company/manage users.

When the user is created, the employee automatically receives an email with the login details and a link to download.

The system must be reliable and objective to ensure the rights of employees, including the right to break and rest time.

The registration must include an overview of how the employees’ working hours are distributed, including hours, overtime and breaks or illness and holidays.

Moreover, the time tracking system must have the capacity to keep data secure and confidential for at least five years.

As a general rule, all employees in the company must register their time with the new law.
